Facebook may begin to pay you by your publications

Facebook is exploring ways to compensate its users for published content. A survey distributed through the social network this week lays bare some of the hypotheses designed to pay for content creators and promote solidarity causes.




A journalist from The Verge was one of the respondents and revealed some of the questions that have been made. Users, Facebook suggests six different strategies to generate money on the social network: tips, sponsored content, trade references, donations, paid content and share advertising revenue.

When you confirm the implementation of these strategies, the social network approach would of models already practiced by platforms like YouTube, which has a professional partnership program since 2007, or the Twitch that allows players to earn money with donations, subscriptions and sale of merchandise.

"It is too early but we are committed to creating sustainable models of remuneration for our partners and we are listening to feedback," a representative from Facebook to The Verge.
